The team takes pride in transforming outdoor spaces to seamlessly blend functionality with aesthetic excellence.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Landscape Designer or Architect for a full-time, on-site position in Murrieta, CA. The role involves creating innovative and functional landscape designs, including hardscape layouts, planting plans, and overall outdoor living concepts. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their vision, developing conceptual and detailed designs, and working closely with construction crews to bring designs to life. Additional tasks may include site analysis, material selection, and ensuring high-quality project execution.QualificationsProficiency in Landscape Design and Landscape Architecture principlesExperience in creating Hardscape and Planting PlansKnowledge of Landscaping techniques and industry best practicesStrong visualization and design software skills (VIP3D, CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar)Excellent communication and client relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with construction and maintenance teamsBachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferredExperience in residential or commercial landscape projects is a plus
