Job Title: Legal Administrative AssistantLocation (city, state): Boston, MA (Hybrid)Industry: Legal ServicesPay: $90,000 $105,000/yrBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage, PTO, and retirementAbout Our Client:Addison Group is partnering with a highly regarded law firm, to identify a Legal Administrative Assistant to support a collaborative legal team within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Job Description:The position is heavily client-service oriented and requires strong coordination skills, precision, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-level administrative and legal support within a shared team model supporting attorneysCoordinate complex scheduling including meetings, conference rooms, travel arrangements, and itinerariesManage calendars, deadlines, and time-sensitive deliverables with a high degree of accuracyPrepare, proofread, and format correspondence, legal documents, reports, and internal materialsMaintain document management systems and organize digital and physical case filesTrack and submit attorney time entries, billing data, and related financial documentationSupport client billing workflows and matter opening processesAct as a central communication point for attorneys, clients, and internal staffQualifications:High school diploma required; college degree preferredMinimum 3+ years of prior legal or administrative support experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential informationProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal/admin systems (or similar platforms)Additional Details:Hybrid schedule: 4/1Perks:Highly structured, team-oriented legal environmentExposure to complex legal work and high-level attorneysStrong operational support structure and trainingCollaborative, professional workplace cultureAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
