Field Sales Lead
We’re seeking an Oahu-based leader to manage and develop a team of Field Sales Associates, driving sales growth with key restaurant and foodservice partners while growing a strong portfolio of well-known brands in a unique, relationship-driven market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio of a minimum of 15 accounts by calling on them every 60 days.Lead, coach, and support a team of Field Sales Associates in the field while completing a minimum of 8 weekly sales calls, including calls conducted alongside direct reports.Build and maintain relationships with key Platinum Partner accountsExecute product presentations and client engagements to drive sales growth, presenting a minimum of three clients during each sales call.Monitor and track sales performance, activity, and pipeline using CRMManage a portfolio of high-priority accounts and maintain accurate customer dataCollaborate with internal teams and support company events, meetings, and food showsConduct weekly performance reviews and provide coaching to improve resultsQualificationsBachelor’s degree or restaurant operation/sales experience is preferred.Proven sales experience with strong drive to achieve resultsExperience leading or mentoring a team preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsWorking knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeManage multiple priorities and work independentlyTravel locally, including occasional overnight staysSpecial Position Requirements Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and to drive daily, unsupervisedConduct in-person sales calls dailyRestaurant or foodservice experience preferredPhysical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
