Job Title: ABA Preschool Teacher/NJ P-3 CertificationPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role involves working with young children, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental needs, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support learning, communication, and social development in a structured classroom setting.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize ABA techniques such as reinforcement, prompting, shaping, and discrete trial training (DTT)Provide 1:1 and small group instruction to support skill acquisitionCollect, record, and maintain accurate data on student progress and behaviorSupport development of communication, social, play, and self-help skillsMaintain a structured, engaging, and safe classroom environmentCollaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and team members to ensure consistency in programmingCommunicate regularly with families and staff regarding student progressImplement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a BCBAQualificationsExperience working with children ages 25 in a preschool, ABA, or early childhood settingKnowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching practicesExperience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental delaysFamiliarity with ABA principles and data collection methodsStrong classroom management and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary teamWhat We OfferSupportive team environment with BCBA supervisionOpportunities for professional growth and trainingMeaningful work making a difference in the lives of young children and familiesSalary Range - as per EEA Agreement (salary guide attached)NJ State Health BenefitsTeacher's Pension and Annuity Fund (TPAF)
