Corporate Associate Attorney

A company is looking for a Corporate Associate / Counsel to support its Corporate & Securities Group. Key Responsibilities Provide general corporate representation, including entity formation and corporate governance Assist with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction documentation Support venture financing transactions and public company reporting and SEC compliance Required Qualifications 3-5 years of substantive, hands-on law firm experience in client-facing roles Experience in general corporate matters for emerging companies Knowledge of business succession planning Familiarity with defense tech, AI, and Space tech sectors is a plus Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
