A company is looking for a Construction and Procurement Contracts Attorney for a remote, part-time contract position. Key Responsibilities Review and negotiate construction and procurement contracts Assist the General Counsel in enhancing the company's compliance program Collaborate with internal stakeholders while delivering high-quality work independently Required Qualifications 7+ years of legal experience Significant experience with construction contracts and procurement agreements In-house experience in construction, energy, or infrastructure-related industries Excellent academic credentials from an accredited U.S. law school Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
