Skilled Machine Operators

Skilled Machine Operators Positions Available at Arvco Container downtown Kalamazoo.*This position will require a resume submittal to the customer as well as an on-site interview with a Supervisor!*Pay Rate: $17 - $20 depending on position & experience1st shift: 5am to 3:30pm Monday through Saturday2 nd shift: 3 pm to 1 am, Monday through SaturdayWorking 10-12 hour days, 6-7 days a week! EVENTUAL SWING SHIFTS MAY BE REQUIRED!*MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL AVAILABLE HOURS!*Machine Operator Requirements:Must have a minimum of 3 years+ previous experience in a Machine Operator role.Must have longevity in each Manufacturing position to be considered.N o past work experience at Arvco Container.Occasional lifting of 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds during a normal work day.Properly use and understand the required measurement equipment including tape measures, micrometers, and other tools.Operate and perform at speeds necessary to meet production demand.Must be able to bend, reach, and stand for 10-12 hour shifts.Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.Qualified candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Paperboard or corrugator experience a plus!**OVERTIME MANDATORY***Weekly Pay*To Apply for the Machine Operator positions, please submit your resume to [email protected] for immediate consideration.
