J39 - Program Security Representative

Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a Program Security Representative at Peterson SFB, CO. This position will provide "day-to-day" multi-discipline analysis for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. The Program Security Representative will work in a dynamic, secure environment and is required to effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners.What you will be doing:Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the ICDs/DoDMs/CJCSIs, and SAP policyAssist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral data in support of US military operationsProvide day-to-day security support that includes continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and provide appropriate recommendations for revising and improving security policies, procedures, and systemsAssist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security programConduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outsCoordinate with SAP security personnel to ensure lessons learned are incorporated into the curriculum for the SAP security education & awareness programMonitor progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiativesManage the directorate's assigned tasking's using the Task Management Tool (TMT)) on the NIPRnet and SIPRnet coordinating with action officers to ensure they are aware of assigned tasks and due datesWhat you will need:5+ years of experience working in a secure environment with a comprehensive understanding of collateral, SCI, and SAP security processes, policies, procedures, and directivesExperience with Task Management Tool (TMT)4+ years of administrative support experienceBachelor's degree preferredCurrent Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility, eligibility for access to SAP Information, willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraphDelta Solutions & Strategies offers a generous benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, parental, military and jury duty paid leaves.In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000.
