Patients include those with:Mild to severe challengesVerbal and nonverbal abilitiesSignificant executive function disordersInfant & pediatric dysphagia, oral sensory-motor & feeding impairmentsAuditory processing disordersVoice & fluency impairmentsCleft lip & palate Hearing impairmentsLanguage disordersArticulation & phonological processing impairmentsAAC devicesImpaired ADLs & IADLsAges ranging from newborn to 21 years oldAbout YouCandidates considered for this position:Have the ability to provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to develop appropriate patient POCConduct fun & effective treatment sessions Train and support SLPAs on effective treatment methodologies Create safe & positive environments conducive to learning & appropriate to the maturity & interest of patientsConsistently present as reliable Maintain punctual schedulesDemonstrate a strong understanding of the patient's plan of care in order to conduct treatment consistent with patient goals & objectivesCollect & document accurate dataAre collaborative with peersEstablish professional relationships with patients & their familyWill supervise SLPAsAre communicative with supervising SLPHave experience providing co-treatment sessions with other disciplinesDemonstrate the ability to maintain a consistent evaluation, supervision &/or therapy caseloadHave experience providing telehealth servicesMust HavesHold a valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license or equivalent within the State of California3+ years of pediatric ST experienceA reliable computer source to provide telehealth servicesStrong internet connection capable of supporting video conferencingProficient computer skills
