This position is responsible for coordinating and optimizing workflow processes, ensuring that scripting tools and technology are implemented consistently and effectively across teams. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring work queues, identifying bottlenecks, and adjusting workflows to meet service and performance targets. The coordinator collaborates with team members and leadership to document procedures, support training on new or updated scripts, and provide clear communication regarding process changes.
