This role focuses on customer relationship management, sales execution, and learning core account management and marketing processes. The position is designed for individuals interested in developing professional skills in sales, client relations, and account management within a structured team setting.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain professional relationships with customersRepresent client products and services accurately and ethicallyExecute sales and account management strategies as outlined by managementManage assigned customer interactions to support acquisition and retention goalsTrack and report basic performance metrics as requiredParticipate in structured training to develop product, sales, and communication skillsCollaborate with team members to support daily operational objectivesQualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional demeanor and customer-focused approachAbility to follow established processes and performance guidelinesReliable transportation and ability to work on-siteAuthorization to work in the United StatesPreferred (Not Required)Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related fieldExperience in sales, customer service, retail, or account support rolesExperience working with telecommunications or consumer-facing products
