The position involves working directly with carbon fiber materials in a hands-on production setting requiring precision, focus, and strong attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesPerform repetitive, hands-on manufacturing and material handling tasksUtilize tools and apply physical force to fixtures and equipmentInspect products to ensure specifications and quality standards are metSupport production setup, documentation updates, and in-process tasksFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsParticipate in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesWork collaboratively within a team-oriented environmentWhat They Are Looking ForHigh School diploma or GED equivalentAbility to pass a physical, including xaygatp vision and lifting requirements, along with a drug screenStrong hand-eye coordination and attention to detailBasic reading, writing, and math skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamManufacturing experience or exposure preferredAbility to stand for extended periodsBenefits & Perks16 ETO days12 paid holidays, including winter closureMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) company matchTuition reimbursement$1,000 sign-on bonus
