This role is a senior individual contributor responsible for developing and delivering communications that inform, engage, and inspire our workforce.You will partner closely with senior executives and cross functional leaders to create clear, authentic, and employee focused communications that strengthen understanding of company priorities, culture, and employee experience initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong editorial instincts with executive presence and thrives at translating business strategy into compelling employee narratives.Executive and Leadership CommunicationsPartner with senior executives to develop and deliver clear and engaging internal communications.Create messaging that translates company strategy and priorities into meaningful narratives for employees.Provide communications counsel to leaders on employee messaging and engagement.Town Halls and Global Employee EventsLead planning and communications for global and regional employee town halls.Facilitate town hall programs including agenda design, executive briefing materials, and messaging alignment.Develop presentation materials, scripts, talking points, and supporting content.Ensure events drive transparency, connection, and employee understanding of business priorities.Employee Centered Content and StorytellingDevelop high impact internal content that supports culture, values, and employee experience initiatives.Write and edit communications across multiple channels including leadership messages, internal announcements, and intranet content.Translate complex business updates into clear and accessible employee communications.Employee Experience CommunicationsDesign and manage FAQs for key employee experiences and people initiatives, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and aligned across stakeholders.Support communications related to employee programs, workplace initiatives, and company milestones.Collaborate with HR, People teams, and leadership to ensure employee initiatives are communicated effectively and consistently.Build and document communication plans on a quarterly and annual basis. Help shape communication strategies that strengthen engagement and trust.Cross Functional CollaborationPartner with Human Resources, leadership teams, and internal stakeholders to align messaging and communication timing.Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and clarity across employee communication channels.Identify opportunities to improve how information flows across the organization.QualificationsWhat You Bring10+ years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, or corporate communications.Experience supporting executive leaders and senior leadership messaging.Proven experience leading communications for company-wide or regional town halls.Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.Strong executive presence and ability to advise leaders on communication strategy.Ability to operate as a highly autonomous individual contributor while collaborating across teams.Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross functional stakeholders, manage timelines, and deliver clear communication assets for complex people initiatives.Experience working in fast paced and evolving organizations.Bachelor degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field preferred.What Success Looks LikeEmployees have clear understanding of company priorities and leadership messages.Global and regional town halls are well organized, engaging, and aligned with business strategy.Senior leaders feel confident and supported in their communication with employees.Employee experience initiatives are communicated in ways that strengthen engagement and culture.Additional InformationWhy Join VeloticVelotic is uniquely positioned at the intersection of industrial operations, advanced connectivity, and AI.
