We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead teams responsible for building Fetch’s next-generation offers and rewards platform.The Offers team builds the systems that transform user actions, such as engaging with partner content, completing surveys, or exercising, into point-earning opportunities. This platform sits at the core of Fetch’s engagement and monetization strategy and requires reliable, scalable infrastructure to support high-volume traffic, experimentation, and rapid iteration.As an Engineering Manager on the Offers team, you will lead engineers building and evolving backend services that support offer creation, targeting, fulfillment, and measurement. You will partner closely with Product, Data, and Platform teams to deliver new capabilities while ensuring the long-term scalability, reliability, and operational health of the platform.This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.Role ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers across multiple experience levelsSet clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career growth and performance managementPartner with senior engineers to guide system design, architecture, and technical decision-makingOwn delivery for the Offers roadmap, ensuring predictable execution and high-quality outcomesTranslate product and business goals into clear technical plans and milestonesCollaborate closely with Product Management to shape roadmaps, scope initiatives, and define success metricsPartner with Data, Analytics, and ML teams on targeting, experimentation, and measurementEnsure systems are scalable, reliable, observable, and resilient under high traffic and transaction volumeBalance delivery velocity with long-term technical health and operational excellenceImprove team processes, reduce operational overhead, and drive continuous improvementCommunicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and leadershipFoster a culture of ownership, quality, and accountabilitySupport engineers in using AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to improve development velocity, documentation, and code qualityMinimum Requirements3+ years of experience managing software engineersStrong technical background in backend systems, distributed systems, or data-intensive applicationsExperience delivering customer-facing products at scaleAbility to evaluate system design, architecture, and technical tradeoffsProven track record of leading teams to ship complex projectsExperience partnering with product and cross-functional stakeholdersCommitment to engineering best practices including testing, observability, and incident managementAbility to leverage AI tools to support engineering productivity, code quality, and team efficiencyBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
