This role offers the opportunity to work with a manageable caseload while making a meaningful impact on the lives of students.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate students and develop occupational therapy treatment plans based on functional abilities and goals.Provide therapy services in accordance with IFSP/IEP plans and agency guidelines.Support development of daily living skills including feeding, dressing, hygiene, fine motor, and sensory skills.Monitor student progress and document therapy outcomes and recommendations.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, evaluations, and case reviews.Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's care.Refer students to additional clinical services when appropriate.Design or adapt assistive devices such as splints or braces when needed.Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, and therapy reports.Assist with program development, staff training, and supervision of OT students or assistants when required.QualificationsNYS Occupational Therapy LicenseStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to evaluate student progress and adjust therapy techniques accordinglyGood organizational and documentation skillsAbility to maintain strict confidentialityMust be fingerprinted or willing to be fingerprinted by the NY Board of Education and Department of InvestigationFor More Information or To ApplyYanet HaileAccount Manager, Bond Health Staffing5824 12th AvenueBrooklyn, NY 11219Office: 718-302-0040 ext. 205Fax: 718-302-0070Email:
