Registered Nurse RN We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center is committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our patients, and we are looking for a motivated and caring individual like you to play a key role in our team. Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered by physicians Educate patients and their families on disease management, wound care, and rehabilitation techniques Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop effective communication strategies with patients, families, and healthcare providers Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Pennsylvania Possesses a strong understanding of patient care principles, nursing theories, and practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations At Lock Haven Rehabilitation & Senior Living, we pride ourselves on being a workplace that is centered on compassion, respect, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
