*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. *Responsibilities* * Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience * Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems * Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction * Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation * Manage tables efficiently, including bussing and resetting tables for new guests * Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures * Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations *Experience* * Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred * Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is advantageous * Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus * Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations * Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling * Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards Join us in delivering exceptional dining experiences while growing your career in the vibrant food industry!
