SOP Coordinator - Bellville, TX

JOBTITLE - SOP CoordinatorDaily management and processing of Safety& Administrative Standard Operating Procedures.Keep track of SOPs that are current, fieldtesting, due to expire, in final review and new SOPs both in local drive andDatabase.Schedule weekly SOP Committee reviews toreview/revise/update/archive SOPs to stay current according to the productionprocess of all the plants.Update documents on the intranet and createtraining material in Learnshare and update Database.Learnshare (LMS)Create training material for SOPs & run reports toverify that Plant Managers have created assignments and assignments have beencompleted.Update tracking spreadsheet for SOP's that have or needto be assigned by the Plant Managers.Update tests/quizzes for SOPs should they need to bechanged to match the current SOPs.Update Special Permits as needed.Assign training per Managers' requests or resolveLearnshare related issues that might arise.Reset passwords upon Management approval/request. Create new employee profiles when authorized personnel notify you of anemployee being hired or terminated.Continuously run reports to make sure all trainings arecurrent and not past due. If any training is past due follow-up with Manager isrequired.Employee TrainingMaintain records of employee trainingin local drive and in Learnshare/Global Search . Also issue certificatesand/or licenses accordingly (Forklift/JLG, Acetylene, Hydrotest, Eddy Current,Propane & Fire Brigade.)CGA DocumentsPerform an annual search to make sureall binders are up to date.Safety Data Sheets (SDS)Perform an annual search to make sureall SDS's for all facilities have the right revisions.Help maintain current SDS's for allfacilitiesCMMSBecome knowledgeable and proficient in the use of CMMS(Maintenance Connection). Administer CMMS at two sites under thedirection of the CMMS Coordinator.Serve as backup to CMMS Coordinator to include all tasksincluding but not limited to CMMS administration and MOC'sRequiredfor All JobsPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsQualificationsHigh SchoolDiplomaWork Experience1-3 years - Work in an office environment. Experiencein MS Products. Demonstrated communication skills (written andoral). Examples of good organizational skills - Required4-6 years - Work in an office environment. Experience in MSProducts.
