Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fire Alarm Technician, based in Mansfield, OH. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. The technician will collaborate with clients to assess their needs, perform inspections, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires a focus on life safety systems and adherence to all regulations to ensure the optimal functioning of fire protection systems. Qualifications Strong skills in Low Voltage Engineering and experience with Alarm SystemsProficiency in Troubleshooting and maintaining fire and life safety systemsCommitment to Life Safety standards and practicesExcellent Customer Service skills to communicate with clients and address concerns effectivelyWorking knowledge of local, state, and national fire codes and regulationsPhysical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and climbingHigh school diploma or equivalent; certifications in fire alarm systems or related fields are a plus
