Construction Project Coordinator

The Construction Project Coordinator supports project managers and field teams across commercial construction projects, ensuring work progresses on schedule, documentation is accurate, and communication flows smoothly. This role is central to organizing project information, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining all project activity within Procore, from pre‑construction through closeout.Procore Administration — Set up new projects, maintain project directories, upload drawings, track RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily logs, and progress photos within Procore.Project Documentation — Generate, organize, and maintain contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and closeout packages. Ensure all documents are current and accessible to PMs and field teams.Schedule Coordination — Track project milestones, update schedules, monitor deadlines, and flag risks or delays to PMs.Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination — Communicate with subcontractors regarding schedules, deliverables, materials, and site access. Assist with procurement of supplies, equipment, dumpsters, and site logistics.Field Support — Visit job sites to gather progress photos, verify work status, support superintendents, and ensure documentation aligns with field conditions.Quality & Safety Support — Assist with safety documentation, compliance tracking, and quality‑control reporting.Budget & Change Tracking — Support PMs with cost updates, change order logs, and budget documentation.Stakeholder Communication — Prepare weekly progress reports, distribute updates, and maintain clear communication between office, field, clients, and subcontractors.General Project Support — Order office supplies, coordinate deliveries, manage desk logs, assist with DocuSign workflows, and support daily operational needs.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in commercial construction environmentsProficiency with Procore (RFIs, submittals, drawings, daily logs, photos, change orders)Strong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to coordinate multiple subcontractors and vendorsExcellent communication and follow‑up disciplineFamiliarity with construction terminology, permitting, and jobsite workflowsProficiency with Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and other project platformsAbility to work onsite as needed and support field operationsOSHA awareness or certification preferred80k
