Restaurant Front of House Supervisor
Job description:Restaurant Front of House SupervisorPay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Duties:- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, food runners, server assistants, and hosts/hostesses- Hold daily pre-shift meetings to with staff- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction- Coordinate and manage catering events, banquets, and coffee service- Monitor food production and quality to ensure consistency and adherence to standards- Assist with training and development of front of house staff- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed to budget- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service- Implement and enforce health and safety regulationsQualifications:- 1 year previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or catering environment- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage service- Familiarity with food production processes and quality control- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Basic Microsoft Office knowledgeIf you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have experience in the hospitality industry, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!
