We're Hiring: Staff Reliability Engineer (Hardware) We're looking for an experienced Staff Reliability Engineer (Hardware) to join a cutting-edge R&D team developing innovative medical device products.Location: San Jose, CA (100% Onsite)Employment Type: Contract (C2C)Experience Required: 6+ YearsWhat You'll Be Doing:Execute reliability test strategies for new product development (NPI)Perform HALT, ALT, environmental, transportation, and life-cycle testingDevelop automated test solutions using LabVIEW and PythonConduct Verification & Validation (V&V) activitiesPerform failure analysis and recommend design improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to enhance product reliabilityMust-Have Skills:6+ years of Hardware/Product Reliability Engineering experienceBachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical EngineeringHands-on experience with HALT, ALT, Environmental Testing, and V&VStrong knowledge of LabVIEW and/or PythonExperience in Medical Devices or other regulated hardware industriesFamiliarity with GMP, QSR/FDA, and reliability engineering principlesPreferred Experience:Medical DevicesEmbedded SystemsCAN Bus & EthernetRoboticsEquipment ValidationStatistical AnalysisIf you're passionate about building reliable, high-quality hardware products and have a strong background in product reliability testing, we'd love to hear from you!Interested?
