Hire Dynamics of Concord is NOW hiring for CNC Operator for a manufacturing company in the Kannapolis area.Shift and Pay for the CNC Operator:Day shift Monday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm Pay $20.00-$25.00/Base on experience Job Duties for the CNC Operator:Set up and operate various CNC machinery including milling machines, lathes to produce precision parts.Interpret blueprints, GD&T specifications, and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.Monitor machine operations for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances.Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot issues related to tooling or machine performance.Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and ensure adherence to specifications.Handle materials safely within the manufacturing facility, including materials handling and basic fabrication tasks.Assist with tooling setup and changeovers using hand tools or forklifts when necessary.Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.Collaborate with team members on assembly line processes and support quality control initiatives.Why work for Hire Dynamics as a CNC Operator Operator???Great places to workWeekly pay periodsUnlimited referral bonusesHealth / Dental / Vision Benefits offered FREE career focused online classes Requirements 3-5 years of CNC Operator experience Proficiency in CNC Set-up and operation with experience in CNC lathe and CNC milling machinesStrong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, mechanical principles, and manufacturing processesAbility to interpret technical drawings and specifications accuratelyMechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, tooling setups, and forkliftsKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles a plusBasic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations in machining operations
