Marketer/Agent Recruiter

Marketer/Agent Recruiter In this role, you'll recruit new advisors, support existing ones, and help them succeed using our top-notch tools and sales process. You'll also coordinate with our marketing team and have full marketing support to help drive recruiting efforts.This position can be remote, and we're looking for someone who can communicate fluently in both English and Korean. You'll receive hands-on training and a steady flow of recruiting opportunities to build your production.What You'll Do Recruit and support agents/advisorsHelp agents with product comparisons, quotes, and illustrationsIntroduce our marketing programs to agents/advisorsWork with our service team to assist agents with licensing, new business, and supportShare product ideas and insights with agents/advisorsCoordinate with the marketing team to leverage full marketing support for recruitmentProduce as an agent so you relate.What We're Looking For 1-3 years of sales or related experience (1-2 years of agent experience preferred)Good understanding of life insurance products, including Whole Life, Indexed Universal Life, and Indexed AnnuitiesLife insurance license (or willingness to get one)Fluency in both Korean and EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKey Skills Strong communication and phone skillsSelf-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environmentProfessional and business-savvyOpen to feedback and eager to growPerks & Pay $2,999 a month salary/draw, commissions bonus (negotiable depending on experience)Remote work opportunityFull marketing support to drive recruiting effortsLocation :Can be anywhere in the USOr refer someone
