Develop and implement training programs that enhance job readiness and foster essential skills. Conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable job placements for individuals with unique needs. Mentor clients throughout their job search journey, offering support and encouragement every step of the way. Stay informed about employment and labor laws to ensure compliance and provide accurate guidance to clients. Facilitate workshops on resume writing, interview techniques, and workplace etiquette to prepare clients for success.
