What you’ll do
Collaborate with clients to assess their skills, interests, and career goals while providing tailored employment guidance.
Develop and implement training programs that enhance job readiness and foster essential skills.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable job placements for individuals with unique needs.
Mentor clients throughout their job search journey, offering support and encouragement every step of the way.
Stay informed about employment and labor laws to ensure compliance and provide accurate guidance to clients.
Facilitate workshops on resume writing, interview techniques, and workplace etiquette to prepare clients for success.
Build strong relationships with local employers to create job opportunities for clients while advocating for inclusivity in the workplace.

Qualifications
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilitie but not a requirement
Preferred qualifications
Background in social work or workforce development is highly desirable.
Proven experience in interviewing, recruiting, and mentoring individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Teaching experience or a background in training & development is a plus.
