Summary Of Job DescriptionThe Workday Talent Program Manager leads the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise talent programs enabled through Workday, driving alignment with business priorities. This role manages end-to-end program delivery, partners with stakeholders, and uses data and change management to ensure effective adoption.Job ResponsibilitiesLeads the end-to-end strategy, design, configuration, and governance of Workday Talent modules including, but not limited to performance management, calibration, succession planning etc., ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise talent strategy.Partners with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to define program scope, success metrics, and execution approach, ensuring alignment with downstream impacts (reporting, succession pipelines, workforce decisions).Drives structured program and project management execution, including governance, timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk management, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and with clear accountability.Leads change management and adoption efforts to embed talent practices into leader behaviors, driving consistent and effective use of both processes and Workday tools.Proactively identifies risks, gaps, and inefficiencies across Workday Talent processes, including inconsistencies in usage, data quality issues, and breakdowns between system design and actual execution. Implement solutions to improve accuracy, usability, and compliance of talent data and decisions.Monitors program effectiveness using Workday data, dashboards, and feedback.
