This opportunity is with a $40 million Microsoft consulting firm entering the North Texas market with plans for significant expansion. The company is seeking a Vice President-level sales leader who can lead the organization to an $80 million run rate and ultimately to $100 million. The role requires a proven background in leading Microsoft consulting services sales teams, along with strong existing relationships within Microsoft.The organization is backed by experienced, charismatic leadership and has a defined plan to grow the firm exponentially. This is a leadership role focused on building a national consulting sales practice.Key Responsibilities• Lead and grow the Microsoft consulting services sales organization• Drive revenue growth from $40M to $80M and ultimately to $100M• Build and expand a national sales practice• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft• Provide strategic sales leadership and direction across the organizationQualifications• Proven experience leading sales within a Microsoft consulting firm• Established relationships with Microsoft• Strong background in consulting services sales leadership• Demonstrated ability to scale revenue and build high-performing sales teamsAdditional InformationBase salary of $130,000 – $150,000 with total compensation of $260,000 – $300,000 at quota, with additional upside potential.
