The RN supports family practice providers, walk-in clinic patients, and the rotating Thursday late clinic, and may be assigned to the Tuesday To'Hajiilee Community School clinic. The RN performs and oversees immunizations, respiratory care, phlebotomy, and wound care while ensuring patient safety, quality of care, and full compliance with CBNHC and IHS standards.Essential Duties & Responsibilities•\tConduct comprehensive patient assessments, triage, and document findings in the EHR•\tAdminister immunizations across all patient age groups in accordance with CDC and IHS protocols•\tProvide respiratory care, including nebulizer treatments, oxygen administration, and patient education•\tPerform phlebotomy and specimen collection; ensure accurate labeling and chain of custody•\tDeliver wound care services, including assessment, dressing changes, and patient/family education•\tAdminister medications and treatments as ordered; monitor and document patient response•\tSupport primary care provider appointments and walk-in clinic flow throughout the week•\tParticipate in the Thursday late clinic rotation (4:30 PM – 6:30 PM)•\tProvide nursing support at the Tuesday school clinic on the To'Hajiilee Community School campus when assigned•\tEducate patients and families on disease prevention, chronic disease management, and treatment plans•\tRecognize and respond to clinical emergencies; initTravSource Job ID #18262099.
