This individual will focus on ServiceNow platform architecture support and solve complex technical issues such as CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, GRC, SAM, HAM, etc. Responsibilities:Support and plans a strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform and manages the delivery of complex projects which may involve multiple systemsSolve complex technical issues within the platform with the objective of system maturationDevelops short and long-term strategy for delivery of system objectives together with the technical and business product owner(s) and other partnersProvides leadership to solution development teams to ensure integrated architecture, and proactively engages with teams to promote process and organizational improvements that enhance overall platform effectivenessCollaborate with technical experts and architects resolve complex technical challenges while also ensuring compliance of various company standards around coding, testing, and documenting the systems you developLeads data management and reporting efforts to promote a stable architecture and usable platformQualifications:BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field10+ years in implementing and managing various ServiceNow solutions, can offer customers real-world examples and provide best practice solution options8+ years of relevant work experience implementing and managing IT, Security and/or GRC solutionsExpert with the CMDB and Common Service Data Model (4.0+) including data implementation and maintenance activitiesExpert with utilizing Performance Analytics and practical data analytics experienceKnowledge of system architecturePractical, expert level knowledge of various ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations/Vulnerability Management, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset ManagementWorking knowledge with ServiceNow and familiarity with other cloud-based technology management solutions (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Workday, Oracle Cloud, etc.)Working knowledge of JavaScriptServiceNow Certified System AdministratorServiceNow Certified Application Developer
