Valve Service Field Supervisor

Position Summary The Valve Service Field Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of up to 35 employees while in the field. Along with job duties including disassembling, reassembling, inspecting, testing, and repairing a multitude of valves including (but not limited to); control valves, gate valves, and safety valves at contracted power generating facilities and paper mills. Immediate opportunity to add value to the core business by fulfilling our customer's needs in an accurate and timely manner. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules. Travel is required. Knowledge and understanding of safety practices and procedures in power plants and paper mills. Able to supervise and lead other employees and enforce company policies. Demonstrated proficiency working in this industry diagnosing and repairing valves on and offsite is needed. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience working on valves, and actuators. 5+ years strongly preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience working in the field and a shop environment. Previous experience running jobs. High School diploma or equivalence required. Instrument experience is a plus!
