What you can expectZoom is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our AI-native Zoom Calendar product. This role is central to shaping how time, meetings, and work orchestration happen across the Zoom platform. You will own the product vision and roadmap, lead features from concept to launch, and use customer and market insights to deliver high-impact calendar experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, customers, and ecosystem partners to ensure solutions are successfully built, launched, and adopted.About the TeamZoom Calendar is a key part of Zoom's productivity and collaboration suite. It serves as the system of record for time, meetings, and scheduling across the platform. As Lead Product Manager, you will drive innovation in how users plan, prepare for, and follow up on meetings. You will connect calendar workflows seamlessly with Zoom Meetings, Scheduler, Tasks, Mail, and AI Companion. With AI Companion at the core, the team transforms calendars from passive schedules into intelligent, proactive assistants. These assistants help users stay aligned, prepared, and productive throughout the day.ResponsibilitiesDefining and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Zoom Calendar, with AI-driven experiences at the coreLeading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, research, data, marketing) to deliver high-quality, customer-focused product releasesGathering and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, market research, and industry intelligence to inform product decisionsDeveloping clear, detailed product requirements and partner closely with engineering and design through executionDriving adoption, engagement, and retention through data-driven prioritization and experimentationCollaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful launches and clear product positioningWhat we're looking forHold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and experience working in agile development environmentsHave 7+ years in product management, including 3+ leading calendar, scheduling, or collaboration products; proven in launching and scaling B2B SaaS used daily by professionalsHave proven experience with calendar standards (CalDAV, iCal, Exchange, Google Calendar), API integrations, and enterprise platforms; AI- or automation-driven experience a nice to haveHave solid knowledge of scheduling and collaboration, including meeting workflows, time-management challenges, and the enterprise productivity ecosystemHave ability to use data to drive product strategy and decisionsBe excellent at aligning cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and presenting to senior leadershipSalary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$124,000.00Maximum:$271,200.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
