Area Growth Representative Consumer Packaged Goods Manufacturing $75,000k-$85,000k per year + commission Monday-Friday, 40 hours per weekPermanent OpportunityWhy You’ll Love This Job:Health, dental, and vision benefits401k matchGenerous PTO planMonthly car allowance + gas cardCompany-shared bonus poolWhat You’ll Do:Achieve required daily stop-ins to locations within designated territory and enter activity into Salesforce.comMaintain stock of product samples and POP material in storage facility to ensure territory can be serviced appropriatelyUse selling and negotiating skills to secure off-shelf display support, sell in new items, and ensure proper merchandising of brand productsPerform demos and attend in-store events to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and create product fanaticsEnsure proper execution of promotions planned at HQ levelWhat We’re Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in direct selling roles, preferably in a retail store settingStrong understanding of retail store operations, basic retail store finance, and negotiating agreements to closeAdept at using Saleforce.com to record daily sales activityExcellent time management skillsDetail-oriented and organized with a high degree of accountability to deliver KPIsCandidates MUST be willing to travel 4 to 5 days a week and be comfortable with 2-3 overnight stays per month
