This backend-leaning role requires you to design and maintain full-stack features that power customer workflows, develop APIs for payment infrastructure, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using containerized services. You will be responsible for refining the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines while raising the bar for code quality and engineering standards across the team. To be successful, you must have over eight years of experience building production web applications, including at least five years of professional expertise in Python and Django. You should possess strong fundamentals in React, Redux, and PostgreSQL, alongside hands-on experience operating services with Docker and Kubernetes. We are looking for a technical leader who is comfortable setting direction for the product roadmap and mentoring other engineers. You must be a jack of all trades with a clear area of depth, capable of taking projects from initial idea to production deployment in a fast-paced environment.
