Role Summary/What we’re looking forBober, Peterson & Koby, LLP is seeking a dedicated and driven Associate Attorney with one to four years of litigation experience in California who is committed to proactive client advocacy and delivering superior results from initial referral through final resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized with a sharp analytical mind and excels at translating complex legal research into persuasive written and verbal arguments while thriving in a collaborative, supportive environment. We are looking for a self-starter with a competitive spirit and a desire to build a long-term career, leveraging our robust support system to manage civil or workers’ compensation matters effectively. This role offers a reliable professional the opportunity to join a premier firm with a base salary range of $140,000 to $180,000+ plus bonus incentives.
