AV Technician

Klency is expanding and we are looking for a skilled AV Technician to join our team !📍Location : New York, USA 🇺🇸📅 Start date : ASAPWe are looking for a versatile technician who is comfortable working across installation, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of professional AV environments.Responsibilities:• Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV and UC systems in meeting rooms, boardrooms, and collaboration spaces • Configure and test equipment such as displays, DSPs, cameras, microphones, codecs, and control systems • Provide on-site support for collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom rooms, Webex and Google Meet• Perform break/fix interventions and preventive maintenance on AV systems • Read technical drawings and ensure installations follow project requirements • Work closely with IT teams and contractors on site • Maintain clear documentation and report on interventionsQualifications :• Experience in AV integration & support• Hands-on experience with systems such as Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Biamp, or similar systems • Good understanding of networking fundamentals• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Professional communication and ability to work directly with clients • Relevant certifications (CTS, Audinate, Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, etc.) are appreciatedIf you are an AV technician interested in working on professional environments and modern collaboration spaces, feel free to send your CV to careers@klency.com 📧
