Job Title: Superintendent – Hyperscale Data Center Location: Atlanta, GAType: Full-Time (Contract - 12 month Minimum) | OnsiteOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field delivery of MEP systems on hyperscale data center projects. This role focuses on hands-on site management, coordination of subcontractors, and ensuring quality, safety, and schedule performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all onsite MEP construction activitiesCoordinate daily with General Contractor and trade partnersLead daily standups, site walks, and pull planning sessionsEnforce QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with specificationsTrack schedule performance and support milestone deliveryMaintain strong communication with stakeholders and project teamsEnsure adherence to safety standards and site protocolsRequirements5+ years’ experience as an Superintendent on hyperscale data center projects OR Mission Critical projects ~ $100M budgets Strong understanding of:Electrical distribution (MV/LV)Cooling systems (CRAH, CRAC, chillers, liquid cooling)Fire protection and plumbing systemsBMS / EPMS systemsExperience managing multiple subcontractors in fast-track environmentsFamiliarity with construction tools (e.g., Procore)Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skillsPreferredExposure to commissioning processes and high-density environmentsCertificationsOSHA 30 requiredThis role will be taking place on a W2 basis for a minimum of 12 months with strong extension likelihood.
