Acquisition Sales Manager
A company is looking for a Sales Manager (Acquisition) to lead and scale a high-performing team focused on dealer acquisition in the Recreational and Commercial vehicle marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing digital sales team to exceed revenue goals
Provide direction and leadership in developing and closing sales opportunities using a consultative approach
Monitor funnel metrics and conversion rates to optimize team performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B digital marketing/advertising experience in account management and/or business development
2+ years of experience in people management
Proven track record of exceeding budget and KPI expectations
Experience selling B2B digital marketing solutions
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
