Operations Supervisor - Manufacturing (Onsite) near Sylmar Permanent | $85,000 Our client is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations within a regulated, batch-driven production environment. This onsite role oversees critical production functions. This is a highly visible leadership position for someone who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing, leads from the floor, and ensures processes are followed without shortcuts.
