They offer a competitive base salary, full benefits, a company vehicle, 401K and more.Sales Agronomist Responsibilities:Make fertilizer, chemical and seed recommendations to growersWork alongside other agronomists to carry out daily responsibilitiesFacilitate positive long-term relationships with customers to create and promote long-term repeat businessPrepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful transactionsForecast supply requirementsPerform a variety of agronomic duties independentlyProvide best in class service while adhering to the company's high level of professionalismSales Agronomist Qualifications:5+ years of agronomy related experience preferredA bachelor's degree or higher in Agronomy/Agriculture or related fieldsSelf-motivated, ability to work independently and with a teamStrong written and verbal communication skillsHave a current CCA and PCACandidates with established grower and farmer relationships in the region will be prioritizedMust currently reside in the region and have a valid U.S. driver's licensePlease submit a resume for consideration.
