In 2023 EAGLERIDER expanded their offerings to include Off-Road guided UTV tours in several locations across the U.S.Position Summary:We are looking for a Retail Rental Specialist who is passionate about motorcycles and motorcycle travel. This person will be responsible for offering customer service and retail assistance. They will be the first point of contact for walk in customers.Compensation package includes an hourly rate plus commission.Duties and Responsibilities:Use company approved sales techniques when determining customer needsOffer optional products to meet customer wants and needsPrepare all outbound rentals and return documents accurately and completelyQualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelinesProvide customers assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required informationReview rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service chargesReview all charges at the time of vehicle returnAnswer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful, and prompt mannerAssist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issuesAssist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait timePerform other related duties as assignedRequired Skills:1-2 years of commission or incentive-based sales experience, desiredExperience in other dealership or rental departments is a plusMust have strong leadership and organizational skillsMust possess strong communication skills to deal with customers, and employeesKnowledge of reservation systems, Excel, Word, and other software programsValid M1 class driving licenseWe offer a competitive compensation package with incentives and great benefits, great work environment, and additional perks.
