With a primary focus on the US market and a diverse client base that includes infrastructure funds and independent power producers, they are solely committed to driving the clean energy transition. Currently, the team consists of 9 talented individuals, they are poised for significant growth, aiming to double in size year-on-year. Excitingly, they plan to expand their presence with a new office the US, set to open in 2025. With significant fees and an untapped US market, if you are a senior billing leader, looking for a new and exciting challenge, this opportunity is for your future!Responsibilities includeDrive the development and expansion of the energy and infrastructure finance division in the US marketNew business and client developmentManaging the full recruitment cycle for all executive-level, permanent placementsNegotiating both contingent and retained searchesOnce established, you will build your team out with a Senior and/or Principal level recruiter You'll bringPassionate about the clean energy transitionExpertise in energy or financePermanent recruitment experienceEstablished relationships with investors in the renewable energy sector; C-suite stakeholder managementUnderstanding of funds and portfolio companiesA top performer as a billing leaderPrevious leadership and mentorship experiencePersonality!
