Inside Sales Representative

Job Description: Location: Rutherford, NJ; This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly Role Summary The Digital Sales Representative is an office-based sales position reporting to the Digital Sales Supervisor. The primary objective of this role is to accelerate the adoption, volume growth, and long-term user retention of the ONE Quote platform. The role focuses on shifting customers toward a digital self-service booking model, and leading promotional activities to secure brand new ONE customers using this platform. Additional ResponsibilitiesRegional Sales Performance and ExecutionAchieve the assigned weekly container volume booking budget through the ONE Quote platform.Collaborate with pricing teams to ensure competitive rate offerings to the ONE Quote marketMaintain accuracy on all freight quotes generated and bookings processed to minimize billing discrepancies.Collaborate with space management to align online space provisions with demand and growth targetsEngage with ONE Communications team for digital promotions and automated mass customer outreachIncrease the number of unique customers utilizing the ONE Quote platform quarter-over-quarter.Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry, system troubleshooting, and customer profile maintenance within internal systems.
