POSITION OVERVIEW FRONT OF HOUSE FOH TEAM MEMBER As a FOH Team Member, youll be responsible for delivering a warm, memorable guest experience from the moment customers walk in. Youll greet guests, take and package orders, prepare drinks, and help maintain a clean and well-stocked service area. Were looking for people who are friendly, reliable, and energized by working in a fast-paced café environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide friendly, efficient service Take orders accurately and operate the point-of-sale POS system Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages Package bagels, sandwiches, and other menu items for dine-in and to-go Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house, including tables, drink stations, and restrooms Restock cream cheese fridge, beverage fridge, condiments, and paper goods Monitor and fulfill online and advance orders Support the team by assisting with large orders or catering prep as needed Follow all health, sanitation, and safety protocols QUALIFICATIONS 1 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred High energy, team-oriented, and great with people Comfortable working on your feet and handling multiple tasks at once Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with teammates and customers Punctual, responsible, and dependable Availability on weekends and mornings required SCHEDULE BENEFITS Shifts begin as early as 630 AM Flexible part-time and full-time scheduling available Opportunity for advancement in a rapidly growing company Fun, supportive team culture with strong leadership Paid training, staff discounts, and opportunities to grow with us
