HVAC Manufacturing Product Support EWC Controls is growing and expanding! We are excited to be looking for new talent to hire in an energetic, HVAC technician / Engineer. The perfect candidate will have HVAC experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work within and manage a team is crucial. About EWC Controls We are a subsidiary of Research Products Corp under the AprilAire Brand. EWC Controls is a manufacturing company in the HVAC industry. We manufacture and assemble Forced Air Zone Controls and sell them to the wholesale distribution trade throughout North America. We currently have 70 employees located in central New Jersey in one location. We provide an excellent work environment, with a friendly, courteous and family-centric setting. Position Details The candidate will provide oversight and guidance to HVAC customers around the country on installation of our products via strong phone communication skills. We are looking for a candidate that can provide troubleshooting skills to HVAC technicians calling in to EWC Controls for product support. In addition to troubleshooting skills the candidate will help with input on new product development and increasing efficiencies in our current product offering.
