Knowledge Management Attorney- Structured Finance

Global leading law firm is in search of a Structured Finance Attorney to join its Knowledge & Innovation Team. This role will partner with the Private Funds and Financial Transaction partners and attorneys to develop and promote efficiencies facilitating knowledge sharing and technologically innovative solutions for best practices. In addition, the role will create and explore internal and external innovative AI solutions to increase attorney efficiency and provide additional client value.Successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney working on structure finance, leverage finance/ DCM transactions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to train and influence professionals. Experience with legal AI technology would be a big plus.
