The Closing Officer will facilitate and oversee real estate transactions by managing the escrow process, preparing documentation, coordinating closings, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires maintaining excellent communication with clients, lenders, and all parties involved to provide a seamless closing experience.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in Escrow and ClosingsProficiency in Customer Service and a client-focused approachUnderstanding of Finance and financial processes related to real estate transactionsExperience with Title Insurance and related documentationExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Ottawa, ILFamiliarity with state and federal real estate regulations is a plusRelevant certifications and prior experience in escrow and closing functions are advantageous
