JOB DESCRIPTIONEmployment Type – CONTRACT ONLY W2/1099Client is looking for Citizens/GC sPosition SummaryIT Senior SAP Production and Maintenance Analyst is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing SAP solutions across Production Planning (PP and APO) and Plant Maintenance (PM), with strong integration into Materials Management (MM), Ariba and overall supply chain processes.This role acts as a techno-functional expert, partnering with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient production execution, asset reliability, and system performance across a multi-site environment.The analyst will lead initiatives related to production planning, work order management, preventive maintenance, and system integration, while translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions and driving continuous improvement.Job DimensionsNo direct reportsSupport multiple manufacturing plants and corporate functionsProvide end-user training and functional expertise across operations and maintenance teamsParticipate in global or multi-site SAP initiatives and enhancementsKey ResponsibilitiesSAP Functional Support (mainly PP & PM) - Provide day-to-day functional support mainly for SAP PP and PM modules.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production orders, maintenance orders, and equipment management.Configure and enhance SAP functionalities aligned with business and operational requirements.Ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity across production and maintenance processes.Production Planning & Execution (PP)Support and optimize production planning, MPS/MRP, and shop floor execution processes and the corresponding interactions and support of SAP APO.Manage and improve planning strategies, lot sizing, and material availability.Support production order lifecycle including creation, release, confirmation, and settlement.Collaborate with operations to improve schedule adherence, throughput, and production efficiency.Plant Maintenance (PM) & Asset ManagementSupport end-to-end maintenance processes including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and work order management.Configure and maintain equipment masters, functional locations, task lists, and maintenance plans.Improve maintenance planning and scheduling to increase asset uptime and reliability.Support breakdown analysis, maintenance history tracking, and cost control.Materials Management & Integration (MM)Ensure seamless integration between PP, PM, and MM processes for material availability and spare parts management.Support procurement processes for maintenance and production (PR, PO, inventory management).Optimize spare parts planning, inventory levels, and warehouse coordination.Maintain master data including materials, BOMs, work centers, and maintenance components.Projects, Enhancements & System IntegrationLead and support SAP enhancements, implementations, and rollout projects.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design.Support integration with external systems such as Ariba, MII, or other manufacturing/maintenance tools.Execute testing cycles (unit, integration, regression) and support change management processes.Business Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve production efficiency, maintenance effectiveness, and system utilization.Drive standardization and best practices across plants and business units.Support KPI tracking such as equipment uptime, maintenance compliance, schedule adherence, and inventory accuracy.Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance end-to-end supply chain and asset management processes.Training & DocumentationDevelop and maintain user documentation, work instructions, and process flows.Best Regards.
