In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of individuals and property at Client locations. This position is considered safety-sensitive and is essential for providing top-tier security services at INA and/or its client sites./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliSecurity Patrols: Conduct thorough patrols of buildings, perimeters, and parking lots to safeguard against unauthorized access, vandalism, and potential threats./liliPolicy Enforcement: Support the enforcement of client policies and procedures while adhering to both site-specific Standard Operating Procedures and INAs internal policies and training./liliThreat Prevention: Implement security measures to protect against sabotage, terrorism, subversion, and other hostile activities./liliAccess Control: Manage ingress and egress points to secure specified areas./liliLegal Compliance: Enforce standards of conduct and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations./liliIncident Response: Apprehend or detain individuals within the scope of your authority, following legal guidelines and instructions./liliEmergency Management: Respond promptly to emergencies based on site-specific protocols./liliLegal Testimony: Provide testimony in court proceedings, hearings, or appeals as necessary./li/ulpRequired Qualifications/pulliEducation: High School diploma or GED required; a college degree in a related field is preferred./liliExperience: A minimum of three (3) years of law enforcement experience is preferred./liliCertifications: ulliCurrent PA Act 235 certification with firearms./liliCurrent PA Concealed Carry Permit./li/ul/liliLicenses: Valid drivers license and driver insurance with access to reliable transportation./liliBackground Screening: Ability to pass INAs pre-employment background check, including drug screening and criminal history evaluation./liliPhysical Requirements: ulliAbility to work flexible hours, including before or after shifts, nights, and weekends as required./liliAbility to work in all types of weather conditions./liliPhysical capability to walk, run, and maneuver over uneven terrain or pavement./liliAbility to lift over 30 pounds./li/ul/li/ulpWhy INA?/ppJoin a team that values safety, professionalism, and excellence in service.
