Our work spans motor and pump repair, automation, controls, and field service, with over 50 service centers across North America and more opening all the time.  What we are looking for: A highly organized Project Coordinator who can support Project Managers by coordinating materials, tracking schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and field teams What You Will Be Doing: Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and follow up itemsCoordinate communication between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and field service teamsObtain pricing and lead times from vendors and suppliersAssist with issuing purchase orders in accordance with project requirementsTrack procurement status and monitor on time delivery of critical materialsWork with suppliers to resolve delays, discrepancies, or delivery issuesAssist with cost tracking, budget updates, and financial reportingMaintain accurate project documentation within ERP and project management systemsSupport change tracking, cost impacts, and reporting inputsSchedule and coordinate project meetingsPrepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action itemsMaintain organized project files, correspondence, and documentation  What You Need for this Position 1-3+ years in project coordination, operations, procurement, or administrative supportAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or engineering environments preferred Benefits  Email Your Resume In Word ToWade.Orlowski@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
