Power BI Developer - Paginated Reports
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Power BI Developer with a strong background in SQL and data warehousing to support enterprise-level reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will design and develop dashboards, paginated reports, and ad-hoc queries while collaborating closely with business users to deliver high-quality, data-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries using Power BIBuild and maintain paginated reports using Power BI Report BuilderCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutionsPerform data modeling using Power Query and Power PivotDevelop and optimize DAX queries for performance and accuracyQuery and manage data in SQL Server or other relational databasesAnalyze business requirements and recommend appropriate data solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issuesParticipate in the full development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deploymentRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, and reporting systems5+ years of experience in relational and multi-dimensional (OLAP) data modelingStrong expertise in Power BI, including dashboards and paginated reportsProficiency in data modeling using Power Query and Power PivotStrong experience with DAX development and optimizationAdvanced SQL skills with experience in SQL Server or similar relational databasesStrong understanding of relational and dimensional data modelsKnowledge of financial domains such as fixed income, equities, and derivativesAbility to analyze user requirements and implement effective solutionsStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with Data Flows in Power BIFamiliarity with Power BI Report Server (PBRS)Experience with Power OnExperience working with Snowflake data warehouseExperience managing end-to-end project delivery and lifecycle processes
